Trained in industrial engineering, project management, telecommunications and environmental management, she is also a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. VICE-PRESIDENT
Brian Vaickus worked for Alcoa for nearly 35 years. Team leader, he coordinated the Transport Canada group for the transport needs of the three aluminum smelters in Quebec. Mr. Vaickus previously served as Supervisor of Port Operations as well as General Foreman of Port Operations during the transition from Reynolds to Alcoa. In particular, he has experience in crisis management, inventory management and international transport coordination.

A chartered professional accountant and partner at Mallette in Baie-Comeau, Alain Rioux is responsible for the audit of several private companies and public organizations throughout the Côte-Nord region. He has carried out numerous corporate reorganization and succession planning mandates. He actively practices in business purchase and sale mandates and obtaining financing.

Marc Lefebvre has been a businessman actively involved in the community for nearly 30 years.
